Shipping

I process orders within 1-3 business days. The shipping time of your order, after it has been handed to the respective carrier, depends on the carrier and may vary. Standard shipping within Australia normally takes 2-5 business days. Shipping outside of Australia depends on the bottlenecks in the shipping sector and can take up to 20 days or more depending on the country. Please reach out if you would like to discuss a tailored shipping method to make sure your order arrives when you need it. 

 

 

Return Policy

We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

If for any reason your product has been lost or damaged, you may return it within 7 days of arrival and receive a  replacement or a full refund.

How to return:

If your product arrives damaged please complete the following:

  1. Take a photo of your damaged product and the packaging it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
  2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to brigette@brdprints.com.au Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return and whether you’d like a replacement or a refund.
  3. You will receive an email within 1-3 business days confirming that your return is being processed.

Changed your mind?

If you change your mind you have 7 to claim a return which you can do through brigette@brdprints.com.au
If there is a reason for your return please list it in your email request so I can reduce returns in the future. You will be refunded the sale price once the product has been received. We do not offer free returns so you will need to organise this at your own expense.
