Return Policy

We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

If for any reason your product has been lost or damaged, you may return it within 7 days of arrival and receive a  replacement or a full refund.

How to return:

If your product arrives damaged please complete the following:

  1. Take a photo of your damaged product and the packaging it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
  2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to brigette@brigetteriversdesigns.com Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return and whether you’d like a replacement or a refund.
  3. You will receive an email within 1-3 business days confirming that your return is being processed.

Changed your mind?

If you change your mind you have 7 to claim a return which you can do through brigette@brigetteriversdesigns.com
If there is a reason for your return please list it in your email request so we can reduce returns in the future. You will be refunded the sale price once the product has been received by the BRD team. We do not offer free returns so you will need to organise this at your own expense.
